How much does it cost to attend?
The cost of registration for delegates and exhibitors is as followed:
Delegates
- £150 per person
Students
- £75 per person
Exhibitors
- £250 (earlybird rate for bookings made before 31st August 2014)
- £300(for bookings made after 31st August 2014)

I am looking to present a paper on the day, do i have to pay to attend?
Yes, you will be required to pay to attend if you are presenting a paper
Can I download copies of the abstracts to be presented on the day?
Yes. Abstracts to be presented on the day can be downloaded by clicking on the Event Documents tab at the top of the page.
Where is the conference being held?
RAatE 2014 is being held at the Gallery Suites which are located at the National Exhibtion Centre (NEC) in Birmingham. More information on the venue and how to get there can be accessed by clicking the blue venue button on the right hand side of the homepage or by clicking here
What time can I register from?
Delegate registration will be open from 8am on the day.
Will I be able to access the internet during the conference?
WIFI is available in the breakout/Exhibition area, subject to availability. Delegates and Exhibitors are required to enter their details in to a website landing page in order to be able to connect to the WIFI.
Will lunch and refreshments be provided on the day?
Yes, there will be a number of refreshement breaks throughout the day, with tea and coffee available in the exhibition/delegate registration hall. Water will be available throughout the day – there are water coolers in each of the breakout rooms as well as in the exhibition area.
Lunch will be provided on the day of the event. The timing of this will be confirmed nearer the day.
I have specific dietary requirements, will you be able to cater for me?
Yes. If you have specific dietary requirements, please advise us at the time of booking or no later than 5 working days before the event so that we can pass your requirements on to the venue.
